Our rentals generally accommodate between 2 to 6 guests, depending on the property. Please check the individual listing for specific details.
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties. Please check the listing or contact us before booking to confirm if your furry friend is welcome.
Yes! We provide personalized dining guides, including vegan-friendly, gluten-free, plant-based, and upscale Black-owned restaurants tailored to your preferences.

We offer full-service co-hosting for property owners seeking to generate passive income from their space. To learn more, schedule a Discovery Call or reach out via our contact form.
Our co-hosting fee is a percentage of the gross booking revenue, agreed upon during the onboarding process. All additional costs (cleaning, restocking, and minor maintenance) are clearly itemized and approved by the host.
We work on a month-to-month basis, but we kindly request a 30-day notice if you’d like to pause or cancel co-hosting services. Flexibility is part of the experience.
- The Host retains full ownership of the property and all of its contents.
- The Co-Host is not liable for any damages unless caused by their own negligence or intentional misconduct.
- Guest-related damages are the responsibility of the Host and will be reported immediately by the Co-Host.
